Sara Strange, NP-C
Sara Strange is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proud Upstate South Carolina native dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health, vitality, and confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, where she began her healthcare career in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Caring for critically ill patients provided a strong foundation in clinical excellence, compassionate care, and patient advocacy.
While earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, Sara expanded her experience by transitioning to the operating room, further strengthening her expertise in surgical care, precision, and teamwork.
Sara began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in neurosurgery, guiding patients through complex and often life-changing medical conditions. This experience deepened her commitment to listening with compassion, communicating with clarity, and building meaningful, trusting relationships with every patient she serves.
At Regenerative Medical Institute, Sara combines her extensive background in critical care, surgery, and advanced practice nursing with a passion for regenerative, preventative, and wellness-focused medicine. Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys spending time on the golf course, traveling, and taking walks with her dog, Bogey.
